This week in south Texas, Owen Daniel, General Manager, of MARCOZA Castings will be making presentations of an AIA registered course. Architectural Castings: Traditional Elegance and Tomorrow’s History will be presented in Austin on March 14 at the Consentino Showroom at 1340 Airport Commerce Dr. On March 16 in San Antonio at the AIA offices at 1344 South Flores the course will also be offered. Design professionals attending either course will receive one hour of HSW CE credit towards their annual requirement for AIA or GCBI credit for LEED professionals.
This course highlights some of the history, impact on the development of civilization, the attributes and uses of cast metal, and the actual step by step cast metal process.
